We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for quality issues and aesthetic mismatches, because we want you to love what you wear.

No-Reason Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns Due to Quality Issues or Aesthetic Mismatch

If your item has a quality defect or doesn’t match what you expected from the product description, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns under this policy are accepted when:
  • The product has a defect that affects its appearance or functionality.
  • The product significantly differs from its description or images on our website.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
For quality-related returns, LacLume will cover the return shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • Items that have been altered or modified will not be accepted.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at postmaster@laclume.com to request a return authorisation and describe your reason.
  2. Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Include all accessories and your proof of purchase.
  4. Ship to the address provided by our team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days if approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
