LacLume Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Each LacLume piece is crafted using traditional lacquer techniques that require time and care. All orders are carefully hand-packed with extra attention to protect your lacquerware during transit. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and packing before your order is dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If there is any unexpected delay, we will notify you promptly.

2. United Kingdom

We ship across the UK via trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
  • Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days
  • Express Delivery: 5–8 business days
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. United States

We ship throughout the US via trusted global logistics partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5–8 business days
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

4. International Shipping

We also ship to a number of international destinations, including Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia. Estimated delivery times vary by country and typically range from 7–15 business days after dispatch. A tracking number will be provided for all orders.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all original packaging and damaged items until the claim has been resolved, as these will be required as evidence.
